Janine Moore helps to position retirement plan participants of all backgrounds and income levels to retire with dignity by teaching them to save systematically for retirement.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Janine strives to positively affect the lives of her clients on both a personal and professional level. She co-founded Peak Financial Group in 2002 and served as Principal until the HUB International acquisition in 2019.  Prior to Peak, she served the retirement planning needs of clients with MassMutual Life Insurance Company and Nationwide Insurance.  She has earned several industry designations to deepen her expertise and works with plan sponsors to implement prudent processes and policies with the goal of improving participant outcomes.

Understanding the importance of giving back to her community, Janine has led and contributed to a number of professional and non-profit organizations committed to improving the lives of others.  She is also a past President of the Northwest Houston Business and Professional Women and served as a committee chair and member of other associations dedicated to promoting women in business across Houston.  Janine teaches a Women's Bible Class and has held several committee and leadership positions for Champion Forest Baptist Church, including Finance, Personnel and Praise Team. She is an active member of the National Association of Plan Advisors and currently serves as the Co-Chair for the Women in Retirement Conference. Janine also proudly served her country as a Staff Sergeant with the Ohio Air National Guard for eight years. 

Janine’s faith and family are her first priority, and she is very intentional about spending meaningful time with her family and her huge collection of friends.  She and her husband, John, have two millennial sons and enjoy keeping up with their active pursuits, including visits to the lake and beach.  She and John enjoy biking together and to exercise her creativity, Janine appreciates writing, photography, event planning, dancing to Zumba/Refit and singing in her church choir.
